I just got out of a convo with this guy regardless of what posts he has made he is not willing to settle for less than 30 billion which is 360.62 isk per sp. Personally I have a feeling that he does not really want to sell the character so i retract all offers i have previously made.

would you take a buyout of 25.1 billion? 25.2 billion? 26.3 billion? why is it so hard for you to just put a price on your product?
if you want a buyout price then say what you will take if you want an auction that put an opening bid and and end date for the auction so you dont just jurk people around for weeks
