Khyara	Posted - 2011.01.18 18:52:00 - [482] Im a Sleip (among other things) pilot with Seige warfare mind link, Skirmish Warfare mind-link, and 4 days from Armored warfare mindlink as well (in addition to Guardian, Legion, Loki etc etc). Im curious if you have an alt limit (I like to travel with my alts - that also fly T3 and Logistics ships (guardians, scimitars, and coming soon Baslisks) including my Orca. I currently live a nomadic WH lifestyle b/w C3's and C4's Thanks

Therefore, as I indicated above - you have answered all the questions I have by your responses. Its good that others can see this too as it may help you* eliminate those that wont work for you. Let's face it - we all have our needs/wants and desires, and the last thing Im sure you want is someone who doesnt work with your corporate culture, and likewise for me.

I see your efforts in trying to sway people away from our corp with your blah blah blah. You came to OUR recruitment page looking to get into OUR corp. We dont have to accomidate to any one. Its YOU that has to prove to us that YOU have the skills and experience to join us. If you dont have the time to log in and have a chat then that just shows us that you wont be around enough to pass our 30 day prospect stage. It would be a waste of our time and yours to even consider letting you join. We put alot of time and effort into selecting people we want to fly with. So if you cant log in for 15 min to talk to our recruiters, fill out our forum application and get on TS3 for a voice interview then dont bother. Have a nice day. PS TO THE TOP

PS TO THE TOP While you have made some incorrect assumptions (ie:I wasnt attempting to get into your corp, I was attempting to determine your style and operating procedures to see if there would be a fit), its a good post none-the-less (although the attempt of changing my quotes was pretty lame I lost some respect for you there). Now you have clearly laid out your expectations, and there is a clear undestanding of your style and what you are looking for (which was far from clear before). No I wasnt attempting to disuade anyone from joining your corp. Im sure for some pilots the style you employ will work for them, however it will not work for me, as Im interviewing you as much as you are interviewing me (especially to shack up in a WH with you). Good luck in your recruiting.

Edit: Also just and fyi pyramid quoting is frowned appon by CCP so changing your wall of txt into three words isnt that big of deal.
