With the observation of Sansha's forces occupying Prosper Vault in 3-CE1R, speculation has been rife in regards to what Master Kuvakei has done there and whether he is there at the invitation of the Jove, or if he and the Jove are in active conflict.
Now, a new development: Galnet data is no longer available in regards to one Jovian corporation, Material Institute.
This could signify nothing, and be resultant from a mere glitch in the Galnet database. OR, it could be a harbinger of internal disarray, reorganization, or revolution within the Jovian Directorate.
I urge capsuleers to continue to monitor Galnet and any other information sources that may be available in regards to the Jovian Empire situation, as this may give us some indication as to the activities of the Sansha fleet on Jovian territory.

NEW DEVELOPMENT:
We have known for a long time that Jovian Stations have masqueraded for time immemorial on galnet as Gallente stations. Looks at any station on your pod pilot's mapbrowser.
The exception: the Material Institute's single station, located in M-FDTD, now shows its true Jovian nature. It no longer masquerades as a Gallente station!

I wonder if it is truly a "development" or rather just a long existing glitch in the neocom "discovered".
The data in neocom is also probably downloaded from empire servers - not from the actual location or corporations themselves - so if there is any outdated data or inconsistencies I wouldn't be too suprised.

ANOTHER NEW DEVELOPMENT:
Although information is still available for the Academy for Agressive Behaviour, the single station of this corporation is now also displaying its true Jovian nature. The specific station in question is:
HD3-JK I - Academy of Aggressive Behaviour

They don't "masquerade" as Gallente stations. Go to any X-Sense, Genolution or Impro station in non-Jovian space and you'll see that they are, in fact, Gallente stations.
I imagine that the Jovians merely saw the clear superiority in Federation goods and bought a bunch of Gallente station assembly kits. What the stations look like in their own space I have no idea, but that's their business.

I'll be here all week! Seriously though, those "jove stations" have been like that for a while. I'd more ask why the Prosper station that is allegedly in possession of Sansha "Master" Kuvakei does not match the probe images of said station.
That is a story, I tell ya'.

I have not looked in detail at the Jovian corporations for some months, but I have looked at the stations of these two small corporations within the last year and they presented as Gallente, if I remember correctly. A Galnet data dump might have proof to that effect, but I've never sorted through one before myself...

The Material Institute in M-FDTD also happens to be where you find Jehachin Tsuan.
