I seem to remember something mentioning the ability to answer questions for P.L.E.X but I don't believe it had any real verification, however, a quick search yields...

In any case, I am unable to confirm or deny whether the service does work or not. It's not necessarily the idea, but just the nature of how these survey sites operate. As with others, I assume one would simply fill out surveys (which, in turn gives you points) and then you trade those points for a "gift" which would be a P.L.E.X. Since it's just trading in the card itself, I don't believe it's considered "buying isk" but obviously you shouldn't take my word for that.
The trick with these sites is that it's relatively rare for you to actually get your points (I have tried it on occasions when I was young and penniless...) due to the fact that they have an endless loop of information that you need to give and advertisements you must click. The survey leads you to "do you want a 50 dollar giftcard to target??" which leads you to "Coke or Pepsi? Answer and win $1000!".
Most have paid out in the end once enough points are collected, but endless surveys with no real guarantee (while being in danger of giving out your more private information) is much worse than grinding L4s for a few hours to get the same amount of isk (with which you can buy the P.L.E.X if needed for game time).

Ok ty for clarification. My guess was that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. It's just common sense.
