This a lottery for a Freki Assault Frigate (info).
Basic lottery information
You will be purchasing tickets for 10 million ISK each, no limit to the amount of tickets. There are 3,200 tickets, in total returning 32 billion ISK, but I may chose to close the ticket sales at an earlier point if I see the interest decreasing and thus speeding up the end of the lottery and faster annoucing of a winner.
First Prize: Freki Assault Frigate (which also happends to have been owned by Entity at some point before changing owners  ).
Second and Third price: 30 Day PLEX
Number of tickets in total: Between 2,500 and 3,200 depending on interest (lottery will be closed when reaching 3,200)
Lottery ends on Mon, Aug 9th, 18:00 or when 3,200 tickets has been sold (each ticket is valid for all three drawings).
How will a winner be picked and how can we verify the winning number?
As there will be somewhere around 2,500 to 3,200 tickets in total I've chosen to simply put all the pilots into a database, and upon picking winner simply running a select statement ("select pilot from tickets order by newid()" - MSSQL), and the name that comes up is the winner.
While you cannot verify this via external sites and/or media it simply comes down to trust.
Cool, so how do I get tickets?
Buying tickets is simple, each ticket cost 10 million ISK and you can buy as many as you would like. Simply send the amount of ISK for your wanted number of tickets to me - Chribba (ensure that you type it correctly) AND - and this is important! - Add the message FREKI in the reason line of the ISK dialog, the message will enable me to track your ticket and insert it into the drawing database properly.
ISK that is sent NOT having the FREKI message will be seen as a donation to me and will NOT be a part of the lottery. You do not need to send me an EVEmail with the message, only type it with the ISK.

Examples:
If you want to buy one ticket, send 10,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason FREKI
If you want to buy two tickets, send 20,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason FREKI
If you want to buy fifty tickets, send 500,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason FREKI
Of course you can send 10 million now and 20 million later, that won't make any difference, in total you will still have bought 3 tickets. So you can either send per ticket or in one sum, as long as they wear the correct message, the number of tickets will be correct.
Tickets will only be counted in the steps of 10, for example sending 12 million ISK will still only be counted as one ticket, and 2 million ISK will be treated as a donation. Sending 9,999,999.99 ISK will give you ZERO tickets as it will be rounded down.
IMPORTANT! READ THIS TWICE!
Tickets cost 10 million each.
ISK needs to be sent to Chribba with the reason FREKI - in ISK dialog, not EVEmail.
A confirmation is available here, so you can see how many tickets you have purchased and that your name is in the database. The data is imported on regular intervals via the API so it may take a few hours for it to show up.

Any explanation as to why Freki does not appear when you look it up ingame?

None of the new uniques do, I suggest you download the latest EFT, and then import a Freki fit into the game, then link it to your self, then you can hit show info on it

Exactly why Chribba linked the Freki info directly to CCP's hosted wiki page. He is giving you a link to a website thats hosted and ran by the very corp that owns the game.

Like others said, this is the case with most of the unique ships, they won't link by that. But those who have them can drag-link them in-game and/or create fitting windows that will give you the info on the ships.
I'd be happy to link it in-game for you if you need me to, else the wiki page should have all info and history on the ship

Dunno if I'm comfortable with this lotto. I'd be more inclined to buy tickets if Chribba was the 3rd party to secure the lotto.

shame.. Chribba shouldn't have to bump his own thread, usually expect to see his lottery threads stay on page 1. So free bump for the Lord of Veldspar and hopes that I finally win one of these damned lotteries.
If it will help my chances, I'll say that I will fit mining lasers and go mine some Veld as the first thing I'll do. Any help? .... didn't really think so, but always worth a shot.
