To put it plainly, there a hundreds of payers willing to pay those multiple year ROI's, it has become a standard price because of what people are willing to pay.
So a friendly suggestion would be to perhaps re-evaluate your offer. As nobody in their right mind would sell you something for well over 50% of its value.
Why sell item x for 5b isk, when everyone is buying it for 20-25b isk.
