Honestly man, I wouldnt sell atm.
Looking at skillsheet your all of 30 days off of carriers, and carrier+dread char could probably fetch 7bil+.
Go ahead and train Drone Interfacing V and Scout Drone Operation V , add a whole ton to his value.
(I'd buy him but my corp agreed I should probably go armor aka anything but caldari)

the in game offer has not been taken, 6bil makes your offer the highest for the moment, unfortunately i have to wait 6-9 days before i can transfer the toon. So if your offer is still the highest by then the toon is yours.

ok that is fine. This char is not able to fly a carrier, correct?
but can fly a dread..?

Sorry for the late reply, i am currently out of town which is why i can't complete the transfer just yet. Currently he can fly dread, he can fly carriers in about 30days.

Nice char, you can board a dread and do a station spin, but u ain't capable of flying it yet.
Missing some vital skills;
- Jump drive Calibration
- Jump Drive Fuel Conservation
- Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration
Train them and then sell your char....

You're missing jump skills, siege mod skills and your missile support skills aren't at 5?
People offering you 6b makes me excited to see what they're willing to pay for a dread character with much better support skills.
