* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers are given out randomly.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 with the reason field of Lotto49-59

Her last deposit was 7.690 Billion isk, i returned 790Million isk because there wasn't enough tickets left to buy. With this last deposit, it gave her a total of 827 tickets(785+42free) with the 20+1free promo. Putting her at the top of the ticket purchasers, which automatically gives him the Vigilant as stated in the opening post.

It was my mistake. However I have informed Grendell to draw an additional 3 more numbers and to post them here, for an additional Cynabal, dramiel and dramiel. So there will be another 3 more winners soon. :)

Grendell only does the draws for me, I do the prize contracting and everything else. When i get home i will contract the extra prize winners thier prizes :)
