Wouldn't come with CSM alternate seat or any SOE stuff.

Skills are all over the place as I've started training for every book in game. Theres around 25bil - 30bil worth of books trained already. A little misunderstanding with 20 people and some smartbombs means I have been sadly classed as a piwate and have a -10sec status and stuck in Jita 4-4...

Never have been a pirate with a negative status I have no idea how CCP attacks you and when.
But am I close in taking from your remarks that you are now stuck forever in Jita station and while you can fly every Titan ship in Eve... all you can do now is be a Station Trade Alt?

Just for clarification your not confined to jita 4-4.
You can come out in pod and police won't shoot you. We can though.
Even if you will get killed you will just jump to designated clone position where you can change clone station to somewhere in low-sec and rat your status back up.

I asked around and due to the sec status most didnt want to bother but i did get one guy that said it would depend on a bunch of things but it would probably be a good bet to be with in 15 to 20 bil starting. I am not an expert just did some checking around for ya.

ill do 7 bill, sec is crap, and skills all over the place, and most will prob try to pod you!!!! jsut cause you trained every skill in the game dont make this toon worth more than 10. . . . . jsut a waste of your isk, but i do have a use for him and will do 7 and pay fee.
