Edited by: Julianus Soter on 22/07/2010 02:40:40 Following the start of Nation's attacks against the civilized world, old feuds and conflicts were put to rest in order for capsuleers of all breeds to bind together against the return of Kuvakei's threat to humanity. Moira. was pleased to declare an unconditional cease fire with the Intaki Prosperity Initiative, after close tactical coordination in the defense of Intaki Prime. Active combat had been halted several months before that, but the formality of our new agreement of good faith and amity was essential to trust being formed between our organizations.
And so, it is now my pleasure to announce an agreement between Moira. Corporation and the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive. We hereby lay to rest the conflicts of the past, and any taint of bad blood from thos conflicts, in the hopes that future collaboration will achieve prosperity for our respective members, employees, and the peoples we represent and serve.
Now is not the time for divisive politics or factionalism. I would like to thank John Revenent and Yo****aka Moromuo personally for their willingness to set aside past differences, and lay the foundations for a more amiable relationship.
Signed, Julianus Soter, CEO, Moira. Corporation.

We at the Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive are always glad when pilots and organizations of New Eden decide to bury old feuds, and move forward with peace in the name of mankind. What better start then to lead by example.
Moira. and Ishukone-Raata once bitter enemies, who clashed for weeks on end in the defense of our own goals, ideals, and objectives. We now stand as a united front as a example we soon hope more will choose to follow.

****erous dogs the lot, I-RED. Their Drakes offend me, and they exude the stench of Caldari loyalism while reeking of the impotent Amarrians they once hid behind.
Expect guns to blaze anytime Rote Kapelle is on your overview, fluffy bunny feelings or not.

We would not expect any less from Rote Kapelle, minus the simple cooperation with Mr Soter and this agreement.

I would like to thank both sides for proving my point. That is all, and I will just leave it here.

So someone from RK tries to make nice and Bacchanalian promises to shoot them in the face, and you find this positive? Did you even read the thread or have I managed to get even more ******ed?

Something exciting? Something new? Something fresh?
No. Just more useless bicking between unrelated parties - how... utterly... lackluster.
Congratulations to the Enforcement Directive and Moira, though, good on you for all that good stuffand whatnot.

Sorry, I should have said, "Are your comments relevant to this thread?" That is a more accurate rhetorical question.
The answer is still no.
Just because one member of an alliance chooses to shoot someone that they have no political agreements with, does not mean that Soter's announcement of a cease-fire is any less meaningful. AISA is a corporation in an alliance, and does not represent the whole alliance.
..."play king"...?
I prefer the queen.

Sorry, I didn't see the last half of your transmission, as CONCORD declared it unlawful. Care to elaborate? ------------------------------------------------

Speaking personally as a former enemy of Moira. I have come to hold a great deal of respect for the organisation and its pilots. I am therefore pleased to see them coming to an accord with I-RED who are a very reasonable corporation and a great force for peace and stability in New Eden.
Congratulations to both organisations and to Mr Soter and Revenant-Han in particular. I hope to see both Moira., I-RED and the IPI working for security and stablility in our areas of operation.

No.
He's just angry because his insignificant attempt at an alliance embarrassed itself when trying to move in just up the street from Rote Kapelle's main base of operations and was subsequently shattered by our fleets, even when attempting to dishonor pre-arranged duels.
In any case John, glad to see we're on the same page. And amiable verbal relations, commercial relations or political agreements between Moira. and I-RED or not, when ordered to fire upon any target by the FC every member of Rote Kapelle will be expected to follow orders--those who do not do so at peril of being the next target called by said FC. I expect that any member of Rote Kapelle is already clear on that point, however.
And yes, I'm sure everyone is positively shocked by my position. I'm normally such a diplomatic and caring person.

Edited by: Julianus Soter on 22/07/2010 16:15:09 To clarify, our rules of engagement have not changed. We will fight I-RED if we see them in our 0.0 region of operations, but that seems highly unlikely.
No standings were exchanged, and we both operate NBSI in our areas of responsibility.
This was merely an agreement to help encourage information sharing regarding Nation movements.
