So my corp just expanded into WH space. They have a faction pos inside the WH, and two faction towers in highsec. The corp CEO is requesting all members to learn the POS defense skill to level IV. At the very most, what can be stolen? Just the ships? If I have the rights to use my pos defense skill, do I have the rights to take down both the WH pos's and the empire pos's?

I'm sure that asking in C & P about what roles allow you to rob them blind is the best way to ensure that they trust you.

That all depends on the corp settings and the corp itself. Which one is it again?

Why don't you try it out and see what happens.
Just offer to refuel the pos one time to get the rights you need.
