I was wondering, what ever happened with Ambulition and being able to walk around and do business on space statoins? Has that idea been sc****d?

I think ambulition is the temperature at which a substance goes from liquid phase to gaseous.
edit: Would be cool to have ambulance ships with a special bay for frozen corpses though.

i can't wait for ambulition.
will our space suits have special magnetic boots that allow us to walk on the stations?
truth be told, i'm more excited about ambulation and walking IN the stations. instead of confusing menus and clickfests, it will be easier to walk around the huge station to all the services you need to use. they will be easy to find, because there will be 100 players /emoting frantically in front of the market and the repairshop. (dance party!!! i can't wait) and if you have trouble finding them, i'm sure a friendly npc concord guard will offer directions to all the station's amenities.

So the Whaambulance (A.K.A Oneiros) can come and rep them..
but yep ambulation is now know as incarna, there is some videos and pics as proof about how it's evolving from the original base.

Actually CCP told us there will be no '/dance or similar silliness', and soon after pointed out it might, however, be possible to dance at specific and appropriate locations, like dance floors or so on, ala Second Life's pose-ball system.
Oh and since nobody bothered mentioning it, Walking in Station/Ambulation/Incarna's implementation is semi-tentatively scheduled to begin with this year's winter update with a rework of character creation that'll include Incarna's replacement avatar system (whereupon we'll all have to remake our avatars as such).

i never posted before but i'm so going to be ****ed if CCP don't develop special *Eve career costumes*
like:
Carebear suit with isk simbol on belly
Miner suits and Strip miners suits (the strips ones just lose cloths overtime)
Chribba's Fansuit (Aka the veldspar suit)
All kind of Meme shirts like *come check my thorax* or the ever awesome girl top, with a scram/webber on each boob and the text *UR TACKLED*!!

this tricked me i have to say lol. on my recent trip to 0.0 there were some rather nasty people causing damage to my defencemobile  it was ok because i am sneaky and managed to get to my destination.
on the gate there were several of these red crosses you mentioned and i thought oh good maybe they will repair my ship!
i was wrong cos they just shooted me instead and it wasnt very nice at all lol

The plan's to have an initially quite limited 'official' wardrobe, and then at some point give players the ability to create and distribute stuff for further avatar customisation.
