CCP has ALWAYS made up for any lost time.

Megafail. When I buy a product that does not fulfil its specifications I return it and possibly complain with the company, I don't go standing in the middle of the shop screaming bloody murder between the other customers. That's the problem with you folk - this is a FORUM - to keep up with the analogy, while the store clerks are around here as well you lot are making a scene in public. It's indecent, and a lot more of a nuisance to the rest of us customers than the issue at hand.
Also, read before posting. The guy you quoted was not confusing taxes and subscriptions, he was quite clear about it. He argued the reasoning is comparable. He is correct, at least so will all the sensible people agree.

I guess it would probably be easiest to apply this aggregated monthly.

Go use the skill queue, go hug your CSM representative, then go play the game and stop your whining.
Anyone who seriously didn't have enough skills queued up to manage an extra few minutes downtime deserves to lose their SP.
Frankly, anyone who didn't have a 4-5 day skill queued up for the server move deserved to lose their SP, who was it a surprise to?

Well I am actually quite happy with CCP and there ability to do daily updates that, from my experience, are not that long in time. There are always going to be problems with Timezone differences and having a single server but that is the nature of this game. But what everyone doesn't get is the fact that it is a game, one that can be taken in moderation. I do play in excess because I like the game. CCP are doing there jobs in making sure it runs properly, but there is always going to be that factor of the unknown. Personally I say Thank You to CCP for making sure it is done in an adequate time frame for the problems at hand. |

Im sure everyone on here had skills training but it gives them something to moan about. Even in game all they do is sit in stations and greif others about life and how hard stuff is. Thye dont actualy go and try stuff just moan. We comment on there maoning and they moan about that too. Again THANKS CCP!!!!!!!!! You guys manage everything and have much less problmes that all the other MMPORGS out there and yours is the best too.

Well personally I think the developers here at EVE are doing an fantastic job at keeping up on the maintainance of this Single Shard Universe for all us players to play upon. I have played other MMO's that have a Single Shard Universe and when down time hits it's for several hours, then the game comes up and when you have an issue it's your fault, even though the game ran seemlessly before it was "patched". So Again thanks to all of the Development Team of Eve.Online for making this such an enjoyable game to play.

you are supposed to defrag your comp like every 2 weeks. Yes that seems like alot, but use common sence and do it while ur at work or something. plus the time it takes will be a ton shorter. I do my comp every 2 1/2 weeks and it takes me like 45 minutes.
