To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,-á out run, or out wit your competitors.
If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base. |

You obviously know how to fly vagurs, I thought we could beat that set up :( ECM Bursts hurt us a lot.

We had a good training ground in Fountain and later in Delve.

Good fight HUN.
Excellent strategic choice to put in the ECM bursts.
I see people coming up with all kind of incorrect ideas for why PL lost (such as javelin torps which wouldn't have mattered at all).
The real reason is that we were counting on being able to just DPS right through the ASB + scimitar reps on the Vargurs with our high DPS. But HUN had fitted all their 3 Hawks with ECM bursts, and they staggered these in the middle of our battle ball. The time wasted for us in continuously relocking the primary target was enough to reduce our DPS to such an extent that the Vargur could tank it.
