currently boundary violators are killed.
i suggest the boundaries are the opposite of pos bubbles; i.e. keep them in instead of keeping things out. no deaths, just bouncing off the shield.
the boundary is not at all TQ-like. i feel loss is not the answer. |

A bounce and the like will remove pilot skill and actually provide an advantage. Things lime 100mn tengus could just burn without issue as they bounce around. Other high mass ships would no longer lose speed as they turn slowly. It really is a tactical play thing more than anything |

A pilot that knows how to manually manage his range, speed and whatever other aspects of piloting should not be going out of bounds anyway.

as it is the border seems far too much of a surprise to the player, as they clearly have no visible line they cross, it's just one range number on a tab somewhere they need to watch, which isnt the best system.
having a visible bubble, just the visual effect, it would work excactly the same as now, but it would be much more intuitive and visual |

Yeah, an actual warp disruption bubble would also serve as a visible boundary.
