Every year that we organize and produce another Alliance Tournament we do it as a labor of love. The entire tournament team is made up of volunteers who work in many different aspects of the tournament (production, rules, visuals, advertising and much more) so we do this because we know how important it is to all of you who participate and watch.
As we sign off from Alliance Tournament X we just want to say 'Thank you for watching' and we hope to see you all again soon.

Excellent tourney everyone, best ever.
Special props in particular to the Scotsman doing the voiceovers for the intros to the days, as well as whoever was doing the cinematics (Loxy?) for cutscenes (or like the montage before the credits).
Congrats to Verge, glad we got knocked out by you rather than someone else! 
One of the best (if not the best) tournies to date, really looking forward to ATXI. |

This has been the best alliance tournament yet. Far less (obvious) metagaming than in the past, a more professional stream (aside from some tech glitches, but those were minimal in the last days), and Uncle Soundwave fighting lions, world hunger, and all that other good stuff. The new interface was fantastic, the animated slides to explain game mechanics was great for new / unfamiliar players... You've really outdone yourselves.

From the white sheet backdrops to the dropping video streams; the behind the scene actions must have been as exciting as the on-screen actions, yet you still pulled off an excellent performance. *applause*

Thanks for the best tourney ever.
If you missed last years tournament, all I can say is that it was NOTHING like that (Thank god!).
Really enjoyed every offering CCP gave us.
Final was very nail biting!
That tension is what makes an 'ok' event become 'fantasic and truly unmissable' event.
Every team that was in the tournament, bravo for entertaining us.

Thanks to everybody who put on this show for us. I would like to say the following.
It has been 10 years of alliance tournaments, and this last one was by far the greatest to date. It is the most extreme and unpredictable pvp tournament in the world!
There are many other games such as starcraft and such that have more publicity and more viewers, but that doesn't make them the better competitions. Those are games with set matches, practiced and unchanging numerical tactics. We saw this tournaments giants fall, heroes rise and emotions sweep across the most tight knit gaming community in existence.
All of this thanks to those in iceland right now, and the players who fought the good fights wherever they may be.
You are thanking us, but will say again, it is us who are thanking you for providing such an online event that over 13,000 people stopped for weeks for a month of tournaments. So I say again, and I am sure of, on behalf of all of eve,

Shame about the feed in the initial stages, but other than that a realy enjoyable tourney. Made even mroe enjoayable by it not being throw in the finals.
