This thread is the portal to the LLSE stock market. All share trades will be done manually by stock broker Cista2.
For investors, this is where you can buy shares from upstarting companies. The shares have an introduction value of just 10,000 isk, but can be resold on the stock exchange.
To purchase shares, evemail or convo Cista2. For expedience, you may send isk along with your evemail, and LLSE will return the shares.
If you want to issue shares on your own corp, you must start an IPO thread as described here.
Update: the LLSE is now ready for the first companies to go public! Two corps have shown their interest and are listed below as examples, but shares are not available.

Lol. You can send isk for shares to me in your name. If you transfer the shares to your friend you should report it to LLSE, since if he wants to sell them later it might be a problem.

That'd make no sense in essence. Considering that once the 'reserve' option would be made possible for the next ipo you'd miss out on that aswel due to your odd hours and the others would fill the reservations before you get the chance to reserve.
You could ask a friend who works better hours to buy shares for you though?

When there's an ipo from someone who also work strange hours, then you strike 
Many have asked for a mail list, but there will neither be reservations nor insider calls. What I would like to achieve is have an ongoing market for shares sold from investor to investor. It shouldn't be all about getting in first - you should be able to look at LLSE at any given time to choose what you would want to invest in. But we'll see if that's possible - it would need more corps.

The HLM shares have not been distributed yet as Cheque Please had a problem creating additional shares. You can however see your status as shareholder in the HLM spreadsheet.
At this point many have asked for LLSE to automatically buy shares for them for the next IPO coming out. Firstly, we don't do reservations. More importantly, you cannot assign carte blanche trustworthiness to any company launching here. LLSE is only the broker and is neither auditing nor endorsing the corporations. In all probability I shall hardly read the business plans of upcoming corps.
As always, it is strictly your own responsibility to invest wisely.

Since launch of LLSE I have been contemplating how to get the best stock trade environment for our new ipos, and I have decided it will be ok to let go of the escrow regulation that LLSE started out with. At least trade without escrow can be tried out and we can see how it goes for a while. The reason for the strict escrow regulation was also that I was worried about price manipulations, but it should not be much of a problem.
So for the those ipos that have already sold out, you are now allowed to freely set up buy and sell orders like this:
Share owners are allowed to name any crazy price on their shares, and I will register it on the market for that stock. You do not have to transfer the shares to LLSE.
And those that did not get any shares are now allowed to setup any buy order for shares, I will register your order in the spreadsheet, and you do NOT have to send me isk.
Send your ask price in a mail to me or post it on the thread.
Once there is a match between a buy and sell order, you will be asked to transfer the shares/isk to Cista2. This will ensure that trades are registered and will also be much safer for you (remember you cannot sell shares on contracts!).
There is still the stricter option to set your isk and shares in escrow, and those that do that will be marked as such, so that a trade partner can always see that these shares/isk are immediately available. Also, orders that are not in escrow will be deleted after one week (?) û orders in escrow will never be deleted unless cancelled. And there will be sanctions for not honouring the order you set up without escrow.
So there you have it, go nuts!

More on setting up orders:
One does not have to better existing buy orders. If you think a buy order is too high you can set up a lower one - just like in the EVE market.
But I added a rule that orders should differ by 1 %, so there'll be no 001 isking for your poor stock broker to adjust. Let's see how that goes.

An update:
I have heard from 4 more corps that are preparing ipos at the moment.
Meanwhile you can speculate in the value of the shares already on the market. The shares of two of our corps have already doubled in value based on listed buy orders. And about one week from now we may see the first expansions from those corps.
Just remember that you trade shares based strictly on your own sound judgment.

Updates:
It is now 14 days ago that the first ipos launched. This means both that the corporations will now be allowed to release more shares, and you will be allowed to buy more shares.
Even if you already own 100 shares of one of the corps you can now freely set up a buy order for more of the same! You do not have to wait for new shares to be issued.
I am also letting buy orders without escrow last for 2 weeks now, because then everything is easy to remember:
 minimum 2 weeks interval between issue of 1,000 shares from the corporation
minimum 2 weeks interval for you to purchase 100 identical shares
and 2 weeks is also the duration of buy orders without escrow

So far, most (if not all) of the share transactions go through Cista, and they are reflected on the respective spreadsheet.
If you mean audits and so forth, then probably no. Nothing public (nothing I could find), at least.

In terms of my corp, i am waiting until i have my current book cleared, atm i have roughly 4bill in orders either on market, or on build
Once this backlog has cleared, and before i do my next build-batch i will be releasing another 1000 shares, likely price will be a flat mill per share.
However, the date i have yet to decide, most likely will be 1st of sept.

I am told that second issue of BYPTI shares will be coming out soon. I have a couple of comments wrt that.
First, BYPTI will apparently let some shares go to current shareholders. LLSE does not object to this, the share issuer is in full control of shares until they are deposited with LLSE. The share issuer is responsible to its investors, not to LLSE.
Second, I have said many times that LLSE does not take reservations on shares. However, once a share is "live" (after the first issue), we must ALWAYS accept any buy order you wish to make on it. You therefore have the option to set up a buy order in LLSE knowing that a new issue is coming out, at the price you think it will sell for. Others can of course set up higher buy orders.
I may have stated something to the contrary of this earlier (with SHSG second or third issues) for which I apologise. Buy orders on live shares are always acceptable.

I have now moved all the companies into the same spreadsheet. If you have bookmarked a specific spreadsheet you will find it will become unavailable to you. New links have been inserted into post #2 on this thread.
Once you're in the document you should find all 8 companies as tabs at the bottom of your screen for easy browsing! I hope I didn't scr** it up.

The exchange has been pretty busy, with more and more trades taking place throught the "LLSE" mail list.
This is great, but before taking in new corporations, I think it is time to get a second stock broker. The applicant needs to be known from MD or throught your own LLSE activities.
I will continue trading the 8 corporations we have now. The new person will only trade new exchange tickers. Since the shares and isk at most times lie with the investors themselves, the system is quite safe, as there is no incentive for the stock broker to try to steal anything.
You will mainly take the job out of your own interest and as a community service, but I will pay you a fee of 50 mil isk per month. Donations from other players is also possible.

You know, actually making a list of any sort of requested/required qualifications aside from being an MD/LLSE regular would probably make it easier to filter though applicants.
With what we have, all you need is someone who can use excel, read mails, and be decently-highly active. =/ |

As of today you can also trade Titans 4 You shares on LLSE as seen here.
This is not a joke - the shares will have a certain value as collectors item in the years to come. Given it is a commodity with a raher limited value, and a share, it is logical that LLSE can serve as third party for T4U share transactions. This will also mean less T4U threads in MD.
You must be aware of course that the shares will never pay you any dividends, the value lies only in the resale value.
You can post buy/sell orders here or directly on the "LLSE" mail list. There is the usual LLSE policy that the price you set must deviate at least 1 % from other listed orders.

Replied ingame, but there is a limit of 100 shares purchased every 14 days, also subject to availability. Currently there is no shares available for HUSQ on sell orders, anyone may raise a buy order however.

Is the opening share maximum still 100k for this SE? I would like to put my corp on the market as a challenge to myself and to open up more options for fun in EvE, but I can't see doing so for a meager 100m ISK. Most people with moderate skills can reliably make that in a couple hours tops.

Yea it is the same. However there is no limit on price of secondary issues. SHSG has sold shares for 3 bn isk now I believe.

If the question is directed at me - then no, it's not going to happen. One purpose of LLSE was to encourage pilots to develop a market based on the actual share mechanics we have been given in the game. And I know from the investors that having the actual shares in the wallet and receiving dividends through them is part of the enjoyment. So we will keep that format.
Also, I don't have much of an "operation" really. Once distributed the broker is not involved anymore and all values are with the shareholders and ceos themselves. And since Krythas is broker for the new corps my work is more or less done, I just update the thread.
