Hey guys,
I fly Caldari on my alt, and I want to be viable in a C6 RR gang consisting almost entirely of t3 ships. The problem is the gang is armor repair while most of my training is in shield tanked ships, including the Tengu.
My question is, would cloaking up and being in the same wh while being assigned fleet booster work in providing boosts to the fleet doing the sites (while i salvage wrecks of previous site) or does any of those cases prevent me from boosting the fleet (being cloaked) (not being in the same complex/another part of the same wh)
I have tried playing but can not seem to come up with a decent 100k buffer armor tanked tengu build required for the fleet ops.

You can boost a fleet while cloaked in a regular system, so I imagine it works just fine in a wormhole.
EDIT:
Also, an armour tanked Tengu? seriously?

Yes yes, I know. Just wanted to be viable in combat if possible

there is no way to field a 100k ehp armor tengu without having it being useless.
with that said, op might wanna look at some un-probe-able ganglink fits, and just sit at a safespot. (get an alt to do salvaging work in the mean time?  )

You do give bonuses from your skills while cloaked, but you can not use warfare links. You give bonuses to all of your squad/wing/fleet members in the same system, regardless of being on grid or not. You can not be docked, which you probably aren't in a wormhole. You can hide in a POS forcefield.
Also, I would be very interested to see you salvage cloaked.
