1) Problem:
Updating a large amount of new contacts is a burdensome endeavor -- taking hours or more to set properly.
Proposed Solution:
Allow characters dynamic way to share contact lists or add multiple contacts at at a time. So if someone from your alliance, corp has a list of 100+ contacts from a new war, they can eve mail it, or possibly share that in game. This would be a huge time saver to have a ability to import or export contacts to someone else. People should not be spending hours setting this up for every new war....but the system should be streamlined to allow for more play time, not adjusting settings.
Also recommend that CCP bring back folders to the contact lists -- currently there is no way to group beyond a 5 color system which has reduced the previous flexibility and functionality.
Lastly, you can set new standings to multiple contacts, but can not add multiple contacts to you watchlist. This capability should be added. (currently people can only add one by one to watchlist)
Other proposal:
When in fleet, you have the ability to add all member from a squad into your fleet watchlist (max 10 people). You should have the ability to remove all members in that list, instead of the current implementation where you can only remove one at a time. This would be an easy implementation and very helpful timesaver.
