I just lucked out the other day with an office rental (Was almost 400K to rent), our Corp doesnt need the office anywhere near as much as others may. I'm writing this during DT so I can't check to make 100% sure, but im 90% sure it is:
Nonni III - Kaalakiota. (I'm only unsure about the III. I think its the first on the list of ones to dock at, I'll come back after DT and confirm that)
Min Bid is 1m. Bid increments of 500K.
No Reserve.
15 min Sniper Rule.
Screeny provided prior to exchange if desired. Not out to scam anyone.

I was wrong about its position on the docking list. But everything else is correct I think.
EDIT#2. Refining is 50%. About 15+ Factories Available.
EDIT: Oh, and the offer includes leet food!

*bump* The auction will end at 13:00 to compensate for not being able to get onto the forums for a while earlier. Same sniper rule still applies but I dont think thats gonna be much of a problem
