I am flying in caldari space and doing some missions for internal security.
Yesterday I got the following missions and offers:
offers
1,3 mill for 300 units fentrix (or something)
600k for 60 unts of another drug
Mission
fetch me 700 units of fusion s (projectile ammo)
On the regionall market I could not find the drugs that I needed to deliver for the offers and a mere 100 units of fusion s could be found on the market.
Has anyone else had these problems to?

I thought for agent offers, most of the things they ask for are actually rewards from previous agent offers. If true that means that you have to do missions or work with others to get the things you need. Some items they want for an offer are not available on the market through NPC. I think you have to arrange with players that have the item to meet the agents demand.
Of course I could be wrong and often am....according to my wife.
These are just my views and they could be wrong.....often wrong if you listen to my wife. |

My agent is asking for high-tech data chip. Can't find it at market or in the eve-i explorer.
No one i've talked to heard of such item  .
Really hope i find some because i want to get that offer.

Illegal items are not allowed to sell on the market nor buy. I tried to buy some slaves to my rescue the slaves mission in Verge vendor (gallente) and was told that was illegal.
As for Frentix, it's totally banned in empire. So you have to either get it from someone else or from mission drops. Rember that it's hard to move drugs from system to system in empire.
