All parts of the tech 2 invention, production and sales are handled in house, with dedicated characters involved in their specialist area Chapter 2 - Background on origins/idea/current business The idea came from running a very successful freighter manufacturing business with an alliance colleague, This freighter business started off as me just being the financial backing to his plan, however it became very apparent that I was running the majority of the business for only 50% of the profit. I then decided to look at different markets for myself. After running figures, reading posts and general googling I decided to go into the tech 2 markets. For the last 6 months this business has been running steadily with very few problems. Chapter 3 - Corporate Governance This corporation has 11 characters in, however of these 11 characters only myself and a trustworthy ex-alliance friend run the characters, I, myself run 7 accounts of which 6 are directly linked into this corporation (the other is a pirate yarr) All characters in the corporation have full director roles, except my main (me posting) who has the CEO and also 50% of the shares (+1 for majority)

Having worked for a small time with a sales partner I decided that it would be more beneficial for me to handle sales directly, Because of this my production is rarely at the 1400 units level, but a steady 500>800 units of various Tech 2 modules. Ship invention runs approximately 10 cruisers and above ships per week, sales of these can vary, currently some of the markets have stagnated so the ready to build BPC are on hold until I see an upturn in their prices and volume sold. All my sales are handled in 2 areas. Firstly Amarr, 75% of all goods sold are sold in Amarr the reason being I operate on the outskirts of Amarr and as a general rule the pricing of the goods is a few points higher than other main hubs. Second having a pirate alt that lives in low sec, I have been given blue standings for my transport character (me again) this allow me to move 25% of my goods into the low sec system, this market is slower but has a significantly higher profit margin (up above 30% in some instances). Chapter 4 - Statement of Assets Currently the corporation has roughly 5>7bill isk of assets, these include 2 faction poses and their full fittings that you would require for tech 2 market. I also hold roughly 5000 Tech 1 BPC which at current face value of 100k per unit would. The corporation also various other small assets, such as Decrypters, Component parts, pre-built tech 2 component that could be sold at current market for roughly 2bill isk. Liquid isk is about 1billion with 1.5billion in assets listed on market Chapter 5 - Full Disclosure of Risks As with most IPO the risks are straight forward. 1 War Dec. I could be war decced however my main working pos is in 0.5 space and is fully ready to online 10 guns, and multi ewar modules The medium pos has roughly 6 guns and ewar. Both poses have alts assigned that can control 6 weapons and are logged in space ready to log on at any moment. These poses would make the deccerÆs job very hard indeed. All research and production is done remotely with only this toon undocking to move stock around from hanger to production array and completed items back to station I also move completed modules in a transport ship making ganking a small risk. Other items such as Component mats and produced ships are moved using Red Frog, so full collatoral is paid in case of high sec griefing. 2 Real life The biggest issue to the continued growth of this corporation is from September I personally begin my last year at university (IÆm studying archaeology) So game time will be limited, however I have already factored this into my long term plan, and I will be reducing the amount of accounts I run (currently 8) down to 3 I will then be focusing on the longer build/invent time jobs, for example ships, Cap ship etc. This will allow me to continue producing with little game time, (I forecast roughly 2 hours a day, 1 in morning and 1 at night).

Sepi û Me I am the backbone of this corporation, again if you look at my history you will see that all feedback from my research and copying business was good, (some notable points include returning over 2billion worth of minerals to a client when he gave me too many) Being trusted with multi-million isk values in BPOÆs to copy without the client requiring collateral Gena D û Bought toon, She is my main inventor, with 14mill SP in science she is mostly 5-4 for any invention I do, thus almost perfect invention skills. Of the other toons they include many tech 2 construction alts, which can push out up to 11 jobs per install. My pirate alt and few cynoalts (for obvious reasons). Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy Because of the length I have been running the corporation solo I donÆt believe the market will at any time become none profitable, so profits at worst will reduce but not to the point that I will need to leave market. No invention takes place if I cannot guarantee myself a minimum of 40% profit on any module built for ships profit margins are in region of 10>60% if profit dips below the 10% then I hold all stock until market recovers. I may at some point offer a buyback of all shares on the market if I see that I cannot continue to play for various reasons, main ones being university work, burnout and the Wife agro. Chapter 8 - IPO Phases, Dividends, Market Cap Total Number of Shares 2,001 (1,001 all held by me Vote already setup for possible release of upto 50,000 shares to allow me to release more shares to market if demand is such.) Shares Allocated for IPO 1000 (with releases possible further down the line) Price Per Share 50,000 Anticipated Market Capitalization 50,000,000 Dividend Schedule Bi-Weekly Total Dividend Payment 7,000,000 Projected Return per Dividend Payment(%) 7% Projected Return per Share 3500 IPO offering will consist of 2 phases Chapter 8 - FAQ Q: How do I know this isn't a scam? A: For 250million isk it is not worth it, however I see this as a start of a long relationship with the MD forum, leading eventually to a high value bond to allow me to purchase selected Tech 2 bpoÆs when they become available. Q: How do you know you'll be successful? A: I cannot see the future however looking at past profits there is no reason to doubt the change of forecast. Q: Why are you doing this? A: See point 1, to allow me to gain some creditability for a future IPO of higher value. Q: Do you intend to have an audit done at some point? A: No intention of having audit, however should someone wish to see the financials then I have no problem with this, however when I release a larger IPO I will offer a full audit Q: What's your background? A: As explained I have worked in the market in various forms for about 18months and have continued to grow. I also when running the cap production corp offered an alliance only share option, all shares were bought for 5mill per share, and 10% return was paid monthly with a 110% buy back option, this was successful until the closing down of the corporation. Q: Will you ever buy back shares? A: Yes there is a possibility that a buy back will be offered, however terms of the buyback will depend on the current market value of shares on LLSE stock market. Q: Will you ever pay over 7.5% dividends? A: If profits are such that I can afford various onetime bonus payments then itÆs a possibility however the IPO is being offered with no such guarantee

You can now set up a buy order for GDRI shares, this requires that you: 1) send a evemail to Cista2 stating the number of shares and price you wish to pay. 2) transfer the amount of isk to Cista2 where they will be in escrow. You can cancel your order at any time and have your isk returned. The same goes for share owners that wish to set up a sell order, they must transfer the shares to Cista2 (but remember to convo first!). As a final note, i have now setup a mailing list for shareholders "GDRI" this mailing list will detail any important annoucements or financial notes, finally if you are registered you will also receive notification of ships & T2 modules that i will be selling at and additional 3% discount above wholesale prices to shareholders only. Please note that although this payment is larger by many times over the original expected payout this by no means that each payment will be near the same value.

Should the vote be tied 50% then i will cast a deciding vote which will be that the corporation buys back the shares. The dividend due on the 15th will be paid based on profits since previous payout, and the buyback, or continuing of the corp on the market will be carried out on the 1st of next month. Vote will be open for 1 week from the 15th. So make sure you place your vote

Sepi Gamma Draconis Industries Eternus Imperium Alliance	Posted - 2010.09.17 19:32:00 - [30] Ok vote has been returned. buy back option, 1, Buy back all shares @ 300k per share result 25.0 % (4.99750124938/19.9900049975) Buyback option 2, Shares stay in public hands, but for forseeable future only paying 7.5% as per post --- 75.0 % (14.9925037481/19.9900049975) So it seems the shares will be staying in public hands, however, if you do wish to sell back your shares to the corp i will still honor the 300k per share Feel free to convo me / evemail me if you wish to sell your shares back to the corporation. NB Any shares sold back to the corp will NOT be re-released at a later date. (certainly not for 9months minimum)
