So, I go to log back in and I'm sitting in my pod on the o-euha gate. I figured it was lag so I went to check the KM to see who killed me and there are no involved parties. Not even rats... I'm pretty upset about the loss because it took me quite some time to move that ship safely into QBZ. I think it is appropriate for me to be reimbursed for my ship and fittings. However according to our logs your account is registered as being connected to the server during the time of your loss. In regards to stating that you logged off at a starbase and logged on at a stargate. IÆm afraid we are unable to verify the exact three dimensional coordinates of your ship at the time of your loss. This information is not recorded in our logs as to log every click in space like this would simply be beyond the technology available at this time for over 50,000 players playing on a single server. Without this information we are unable to verify this issue. As we cannot verify these issues from our end and in accordance with our policies I'm afraid we will be unable to offer reimbursement for this loss. Very strange you should get some pay back from CCP you might want to read the GM reply correctly. he stated that there is a bug that drone rats are not shown correctly on the kill mail. QBZO-R is in etherium reach which is part of the drone regions. so he got killed by drone rats. as the server recorded him as online, he wouldnt get any reimbursement. and this thread is locked rather soon for violating forum rules.
