I for one am confident that someone with the means to provide this man a Titan, but lacking the intelligence to know how much it's actually worth, will take this gentleman up on his offer.
I personally, when selling my massive stockpile of Titans + fuel, look first to regional buy orders before spamming local and the Ships trade channel.

clearly you have no idea, how is exactly is a titan going to be sold on market? or contracts for that reason???
