Joined these guys few days ago. Stand up chaps imo. There are a few ********s there, like the entire management team, CEO, the US boys and the EU fellas.
Well, come to think of it, I'm the only one there that's a decent guy. Come join and help me bring up the average!! It's a messy job but someones got to do it.
More seriously though, had a good laugh so far. All fun all the time. =D

While I wish you guys good luck,
I'm wondering why you chose a hole with no effects,
especially if you want shield guys only.
With +shield or +rep you could solo the plexes in NH or tengu.

The home wormhole system is relatively unimportant and hearing questions as quoted above will drive me nuts someday! To be honest, armor tankers are also welcome if they can bring decent shield skills too. Minmatar ship skills are preferred simply because the resists line up better against sleepers than the other races, though Amarr come close on the armor side. May I explain basic wormhole mechanics? Wormhole sites spawn slowly. Players do all sites in their home wormhole. Only wormhole sigs remain in the home wormhole. Home wormhole effects do not matter anymore. Players go to the static wormhole sites. System bonuses change everyday with each new static wormhole. With all due respect, questions like the one quoted above appear noobish.
The whole point in choosing a wormhole is in the static wh class. Whether you live in a class 5 with static to class 4 as we do, or in a class 3 with static to class 4, the difference is not much. If there are other whs in system, then the class 3 will tend to leave you exposed to low sec pirates while the class 5 will have you exposed to null sec fleets. Every 3 days or so you will see a site appear appropriate to your home wormhole class, but that process of spawning whs is so slow that it essentially renders your home wormhole class irrelevant.
The key to pvp is effective fleet teamwork. |
