CCP has so clearly decided to never fix a damn thing in the game ever and only produce new content from now on. They have no one at all working on fixing anything. I guess that's what I would believe if I actually believed the horde of whiny brats and their continuous repeated posting of the same whine over and over again.

This arguement is getting old... It's so blatently wrong and just something you emorage ******s use because you heard someone else say it that also had no clue.
Look at patch notes... They're full of bug fixes on old content. They've even started going back and revamping old ships.
And the "they care more about incarna than lag" issue is equally stupid. They just moved their data center and upgraded a bunch of hardware for crying out loud. That's a HUGE undertaking. If that doesn't scream "WE CARE ABOUT PERFORMANCE" I don't know what does.
They're moving Incarna up on the list because they've been working on it for years and would like to get it out to those of us that want it (like me) before it becomes the next Duke Nukem Forever.

The game as a whole is not broken at all. Fleet battles though do have problems with massive lag, this is an admitted problem and is one being worked on but is proving to be a rather difficult problem to find the cause and fix for.
Thankfully however we have all the greatest armchair programmers and network experts in the world playing Eve and by badgering CCP on a daily basis somehow it is magically going to be fixed.
Fix it now, fit it now, is it fixed yet ? Fix it now.

It's not broken or even close to it.
All forums give equal posting to everyone irrespective of competence. It makes it worse when readers have no technical knowledge to make a judgement but make one anyway. To add to that you have the amateur 'reporters' who blog about it, just adding to a posters sense of competence and feeling of relevance to reality.
If I want to know if something is broken I'll ask an expert, not some random big mouth.
A big reason the marketing and PR departments have taken over most corporate decisions in online companies is because of these idiots. CCP is trying to avoid that but before long, as the game grows, I can see this being untenable.

What aint broke, PI is f-ed for a long time because of reprocessing mods (fail ccp) and the fact everyone knew it was coming, and stock piled NPC shít (I have years at my current usage)

I love when trying to bait people and I need other people to jump into system so they know XYZ is crimed while I see nothing (UI).
I really liked the stuck agro timer that after you lost aggression (no timers) people could still kill you. Know a few people who lost ships to players / concord with NO timersà ccp said ônothing in the logsö then 1month later puts out a fix (now if you undock it warns you EVERYTIME if you have a timer, so if you donÆt see oneà you know you are being hit with the bug, so you can relog and wonÆt be killed.)
ThatÆs the half ass BS CCP does, great fix that EVERYTIME you undock with agro you get a popup you need to hit ôyesö to. It aint even a fix actually itÆs a ôpatchö the bug still exists.

The ôsafestö is now ôshortestö on autopilot was fun, best part it took them till next DT to fix. See to me thatÆs a, fix, take down server, emergency fixà not, wait till next DT (no I lost nothing from it). That was fixed though believe it or not.
And the list goes on and on and on and onà
DonÆt get sucked in because it is an addicting game butà it blows now.
What is ccp doing though, o lets reskin all the ships... forget that fact you can't use some, or can't load the grid to see them... let's make em look better!
Watch walking in stations be the lag answer, because now we will fight from inside a station with a big ass remote control to fly our shipz CCP just does not want to tell us that! haha lol.

I'm not quitting, but I've cancelled a couple of accounts. No point in paying for accounts that are focused around content that CCP doesn't have time to fix for the foreseeable future.

No chance. I've played a lot of other MMOG's and this one is, warts and all, the best and most complete game I've ever played. I may wish CCP would do things a little differently and reprioritize but I've yet to come across and issue that makes me want to quit. Yes, there ares bugs - but there has been in every other game I've ever played. Yes, there is lag - but there has been in every other game I've played.
I may take a break here and there, as I have done since starting in 2005, but I honestly think I'll always keep gravitating back to EvE, as pretty much everything else out there sucks major ass.
