Not that i am very close at all to be able to get a ship like this and that I am very good at the game, but, why are super carriers this much? it doesnt seem very nice becuase it takes forever to even get to 1 billion in the game.

Supercarriers cost this much because it is an enormous investment in time, minerals, and logistics to make one. They're used primarily for fleet warfare in 0.0, not for running around willy nilly doing whatever (usually). As for 1 billion being a lot? Maybe in the beginning, but once you learn what you're doing, it isn't that hard to make.
