Bottom Line Up Front:
Cobalt Dragon Exploration Company is looking for active, reasonable, T3/logistics pilots to explore and exploit C5 and C6 wormholes for fun and profit.
What we want:
- Players who match our time zones. Most of our members are either US east coast or central time, active in the evenings.
- Intelligent players, age 18 or older
- A willingness to communicate via AIM to organize operations in w-space
- A willingness to live in w-space for extended periods of time (we'll often go for weeks without seeing known space)
- The ability to fit and fly an armor tanked strategic cruiser (or be willing to train for it in reasonably short order)
- The ability to fit and fly a Guardian or Oneiros (or be willing to train for it in reasonably short order)
- The ability to both scan and salvage. Either have it, or be willing to train it almost immediately (total train time is less than a week).
- A reasonable set of skills trained (10m skill points or so minimum)
- Ventrilo, with a microphone
- A consistently available API key
What we offer:
- Occasionally wacky hijinx and/or shenanigans
- Players who know their game, and are more than happy to back it up and help out
- A solid corp monetary system. No corp tax, and a transparent and reasonable payment policy. You get payed an even share for the work you do, regardless of what you do (the newest member makes the same as the oldest member on every op), and any member can audit the corp wallet, so you know you're not being cheated.
- Corp provided logistics ships - The only ship you need to provide yourself is a combat vessel. We provide the necessary logistics ships.
- PvE content that is FAR more fun than L4 missions, and often substantially more lucrative. A slow night nets us about 50m per person per hour. A good night is twice that. As we move into C6 space, our profit margins should continue to improve.
- A chance to take advantage of virtually every skill path available in EVE. We encounter gas clouds and high-end ores, and have POS facilities to support extraction. We also have labs readily available for blueprint research and invention.
What we don't want
- Thin skins. We often have very mature (or immature, depending on your point of view) conversations over corp and vent chat. We occasionally try to be polite, but it's a rare occurance.
- People who suck at eve
- People who aren't willing to communicate - very often, nobody will be logged in to eve, but we'll all be on AIM, and planning operations from there. If we have the people available, odds are we're going to be running an op shortly.
- Drama. We're adults here. Very little we say or do is meant personally. If you have an issue with somebody, spell it out and have it out, then be done with it.
- People who massacre the English language (If your response to this is "lolwut" and you weren't being sarcastic, this covers you).
Bottom Line:
CDEC is looking for solid T3/logistics pilots who want to work with a good team to beat down challenging PvE content, while getting rich in the process. Be a team player, be smart, be cool, and we'll give you a home in w-space and some fun people to hang with.

Gonna hit you guys up in game... I can fly basi and gaurdian ammar and caldari commands ships with full bonuses (even mindlink) which I own all of these ships. 6 Days away from legion and tengu. Also can fly recons and already fly caldari and ammar tech 2 crusiers with tech 2 weapons. I can fly a buzzard that scans at 106...can scan anything in game. Also have a freighter alt. Im willing to provide api to verify info. sitting at about 20 mil sp.....fyi you guys can also hit me up.

\oh and logigistic skills are maxed excepted for logistic level 5 but rr armor at level 5 and same with shields.

Hello, I'm only at 2.2M SP at the moment but I am looking to train up for a logistics ship in the next couple of months. I am caldari so its easiest to get a basilisk. Is there a preferred logistics ship that your corp would want or is a basilisk alright?
