Too many people befouling our litterbox and we can't take it anymore!

We're based in Amarr space in a enormous lowsec pocket, connecting to Aridia, Solitude, Genesis and more including several nullsec entrypoints.
What type of targets are we talking here?
Plenty. From plexers to missionrunners, belt-baiters to larger groups of pirates and the occasional anti-pie.
And ofcourse the odd half-witted industrialist on his supply routes.
You don't exactly have a lot of members, why the hell should I even want to join?
Indeed. We're very small at the moment, but regardless very determined.
And not to mention we're as fresh and newly founded as they come, so thats why we need a few more people. Plenty of PvP experience here tho, and we're looking for more people just like us.
Okay, so what exactly is it you do at this early stage of corp development?
We hunt. We roam to where ever targets may lead us, but not blindly ofcourse. Scouts and intel aplenty. But i'll be damned if I share the "who/what/where". you will just have to take my word for it.
We operate on a risky level, sometimes engaging when we know full well the odds can rapidly stack against us. But in my honest opinion, this gives the most interesting fight opportunities EVE can present.
SIDENOTE: Obvious-to-lose fights we evade. We're not stupid.
How about logistics? In terms of supplying ships and stuff?
Covered to some extent. Anything up to battlecruiser sizes is what we can bring in on demand, battleship logistics is something we need to cover at the moment. So people with J-freighter alts are obviously welcome. Some battleships can be pilotted in through the use of alts. No worries, we're situated very close to empire so it doesnt require X amount of jumps through lowsec to reach the destination and we will most certainly use both scouts and the most ideal times to do this.
Enough with the questionaire. Now for what WE need.
 Experienced Pilots. People than cat properly T2 fit anything up to battleship sizes. (exceptions can be made if you think you've got what it takes).
Chilled out people. Primary focus is the entertainment here. So maturity and humor are both pretty mandatory.
Be self sufficient. Be able to manage your own income so you can keep pirating.
A dedicated Logistic pilot or two will be very welcome. Not to mention one with an alt that can handle J-Freighters for supplies.
Willingness to fight when the win isn't always guaranteed. Don't chicken out on your corpmates when things get rough.
Cap pilots aren't a specific requirement although having a few extra is always nice.
Respectability. 1v1's MUST be honored ALWAYS. Ransoms have the same rule applied. Accidentilly blow someone up after payment is recieved means refunding the ISK payed. Dont shame the name.
What do we have next to plenty of targets and fuzzy claws?
Obviously voicecomms - Ventrillo.
Zero forum nonsense.
A killboard.
No tax.
ISK split rules between involved parties when targets drop juicy stuff.
We prefer to keep the 'needs' to a minimum since we're simply too laid back.

Yesterday we had a few nice visitors trying to litter in our kitty box, followed by a ever curious pilot inspecting the fight that took place.
