Actually yes, mostly because of Amarr Will Eat Itself and the beginning of U'K.
I'm glad to see U'K back in the hands of Karn.

Wow, Tarac, look at all the attention you got.
Betcha you feel big and important.
Did Hydra ever give you that big job they promised?
Well, if it makes you feel better, I'm nominating you for Biggest Loser of the Year. It comes with a big trophy you can put on your desk.

OOC: can we get some of the "roleplayers" from the role playing alliance to acctually role play.
its okay if you decided to discard you're traditions and honour with the loss of your alliance but please follow the rules of this section of the forum.
Thankyou to Kazzzi who atleast did some roleplaying. You have done yourself and you're roleplaying alliance proud. The rest are a tad too butthurt to follow the older roleplaying traditions of this nice alliance.

And what system that exists in reality would that be in my dear Necris, i have seen no name of a planet fitting that description in CONCORD's database. If its not there it must be an illegal unregistered settlement.

Since planet Nichuponia is located in Nullsec, there is no need to register it under any database, because, as you must be well aware, nullsec is an area of space way off CONCORD control.

Mr Necris, as you should be well aware, CONCORD does take an interest in nullsec and the activities of a capsuleer alliance because they tax the space that an alliance puts up a TCU in, im pretty sure there is a procedure for settlement registration on a planet.

Lying about the supposed "non reach" of concord is a shame for one who pretends grandure is within her/his grasp.
To pretend to be of higher class than one acctualy holds is to lie to yourself and opens the flood gates for manipulation of this same kind. The Order frowns upon those who have such delusion.

Sorry to inform you that there are no procedures to register planets under CONCORD, altho TCU's as you stated (and as im sure you are well aware) are to claim systems as a whole. I, on the other hand don't claim to hold the system where planet Nichuponia is located, i do hold control of the planet tho.

There is a Customs Office around every planet controlled by CONCORD, even in Capsuleer controlled space. Also you have to pay tax to CONCORD for export and import of goods to a planet.

Edited by: Black Necris on 03/08/2010 04:58:11 Orbital Customs Offices are the primary points of contact between planetary and interplanetary economies. These facilities, resembling massive hangars in space, provide high-volume, high-frequency cargo transport services between a planet's surface and orbit.
Excerpt from the Amarr Prime Customs Agency regulations, section 17, subsection 4, paragraph 8:
The following items may only be imported or exported with the express prior approval of the Imperial Underscrivener for Commercial Affairs:
Narcotic substances; handheld firearms; slaver hounds (except as personal property); Mindflood; live insects; ungulates; Class 1 refrigerants and aerosols; forced laborers/personal slaves (or other sapient livestock); animal germ-plasm; biomass of human origin; xenobiotics; walnuts.
Dont see anything there about giving you control of a planet. But anyhow... you are welcome to come to planet Nichuponia to find out who is controlling it.
