Seriously. I'm not trolling here but I think it's in the most extreme of bad taste to ask us to vote for this game in a poll, when it's quite clear that CCP cares not a jot for the inherent problems in this game, and not only that but asks us to vote for them.
Fine, you might say, new content - that's all brilliant and well and good, but if the cost is stability and performance, well, I for one reckon it'd be time to call time on this whole charade.
I love this game more than any other I have in the past, I really do, but this is a little below the belt, IMO.
What do you think?

First you must tell me what a CSMA is, I am holding a lecture about eve idioms at CCPs on Friday, but I simply can't figure it out.(I am totally referring to a GM asking the same question in a ticket here)
Customer support has grown from bad to worse over the past years, CCP finds it too money consuming to actually educate their "lower"-end employees. Why else would you get a stupid response in every ticket at first until you finally manage to escalate it(pro tip: tell them to escalate it in your initial ticket, it will take about 1 week for a response from a senior GM(after a minor GM acknowledged your request) but it is totally worth it).
Also they will always deny your reimbursement/whatever request at the beginning, it is the same as with insurance companies, they wont give you your money until you tell them to HTFU and pay already.
So why do you expect them to know how we feel about them lubricating us off all the time? They are clearly in state of denial, the next one will be anger because someone told msnbc

Hate to break it to you dude but all game developers do this. Read any of the forums for other games and it is there.
Just pull your head out of the sand.

Are you blind, or just stupid? I'm not quitting. I said in the OP that I love this game. It's just this company's practices that I have an issue with.
