Our organization is looking to recruit 2-5 miners / industrialists to help supplement our 0.0 operations and forward PvP staging. We are looking for experienced individuals with the following characteristics:
* Ability to fly a well-equipped Hulk
* Know how to fly smart in 0.0 or willingness to learn
* Desire to work on T2 ship / supercap construction projects
* Willingness to work towards corporate goals as part of a small, focused team
In exchange, we provide unlimited access to fully upgraded systems for mining / ratting in Branch as well as logistics for all of your mining gear as well. True sec ratings for the systems are very close to -1.0 and industry upgrade is maintained at Level 4 consistently. Fully boosted Rorqual gangs are frequently provided with an upgraded refinery station in system (base 40%). For those with PvP aspirations or side PvP toons, we offer excellent daily roams from our forward staging bases.
In short, you help us out providing the raw materials for our PvP teams and we let you mint ISK in peace up in Branch.
All TZ's are welcome but strongest timezones tend to be US (corp) and EU (alliance).

Executive Summary
The 5th Freedom is the premier online PvP organization for working adults. Our members are expected to be mature, independent, reasonable, friendly, helpful and active in PvP. Our mission to to provide meaningful pvp game play within a culture of teamwork, goal achievement and constant improvement. We take a very rational approach to the game and do not use negative reinforcement, intimidation or participate in elitist nonsense. We are an environment where a man or woman who works, has a family can log in, get pvp and not deal with immaturity, drama and irrational expectations. These Fundamental ideas have allowed us to grow into a corporation with minimal turnover.
We operate on five core rules that help us deliver a positive gaming experience for the mature PvP player.
1: Maturity: We expect our members to behave as adults, respect each member, communicate appropriately and follow fleet rules including tight coms.
2: Working Adults: We are very understanding and very tolerant of our members real lives and will make any reasonable accommodation to help people handle their priorities.
3: Camaraderie: Our members agree to use Teamspeak, use our forums and play with our group exclusively. We are a PvP corp and members are required to support our pvp initiatives.
4: Tolerance: Our organization is accepting of anyone who accepts our principles and values and wants to make a long-term commitment. We see gaming as an escape from the hassles of the real world and do not allow real-world politics, divisions and issues to diminish our enjoyment.
5: Open Leadership: Authority comes with responsibility and we are open in our decision process. Long term decisions are discussed openly, membership is apprised of organizational finances, and opportunities to get involved are available to all.
