Is there any bonus associated with the skill? And how have people been setting up defense systems without it? Cause I know my buddy doesn't have it, yet he has set some POS defenses... |

I received a copy from a level 3 School of Applied Knowledge agent as a bonus reward. Can't remember the mission. Prereqs are Corp Mng level 2 & Leadership level 4. Sorry, can't tell exactly what it does because there are no details on the book and I've not used it in any way.

I swear i saw in in market when exoduse first came out. figures.cool now market spawning. but i guess market spawn was one time deal.

It's not needed to put up POS weapons so I dunno what it's used for... prolly nothing.

There's also a factory operation skill floating around.
I've heard that these skills will eventually be required to put up pos equipment. (A change that ccp will implement)

Its rumoured that setting up POS will need specialised skills later on, so in order to anchor or activate a turret, you will need the <insert mentioned skill here> skill to do so.
So its basicly another unactivated skill like jump drive operation.

I got one. Plan to train it.
If I recall correctly, this skill will give Optimal range bonus on your POS sentry guns (or RoF on Missile L). I may be wrong, but I swear I've seen it somewhere.......just can't remember.
Thats the reason I bought that skill. Hmmm......
