I fly Minmatar sub-cap: BC, SB, BS, HAC, Recon, HIC, Dic, Logi and the Falcon because I like how it looks and makes tears..
I hate the huge fleet lag that's present regardless of any CCP trailer so blob warfare will not work for me.
I'm over 35yrs old. I have a -9.something sec status so High Sec will not work either. I'm open to piracy or 0.0 but NOT Faction Warfare. I'm ISK self-sufficient, don't mind solo work or small gangs. SB gangs make me giggle.
I will live in your area once I join and will be a corp/alliance contributer. I will listen to the FC & will not cowboy the op.
Musts:
a well established organization
Voice comms (vent or TS 3)
if in 0.0, station rights / availability
roams in US TZ in a tight knit group
Hauling Logistics
adult environment anti-drama
Nice to have: Alliance/corp insurance program and some corp discount support for buying ships in local area.

Hey,
The 22nd and OWN Alliance might be a good fit for you. We're a 70 player PVP corp with our guys divided between the EU and US time zones. We're part of a 1000 player Alliance in 0.0 and a member of the N.C.
We have 4 systems, all fully upgraded with 2 outposts. The market is excellent out here and we have JFs and Carriers to move stuff about as needed.
We do every kind of PVP there is. Plenty of roaming gangs, there are capital Ops at the N.C. Level, home defense fleets etc.

DAB is a 100% PvP corp, we mostly roam 24/7 and we live in Cloud Ring. We have everything you're looking for (0.0 station/adlut/ships prog/logitic/19:00 roam everyday from alliance). Hi raver, we might be what you're looking for. We don't do the 0.0 politics, we have no blues. We run fast skirmish gangs and have a lot of fun. We have a core group of players that have been working with each other for about 3 years.

The Final Stand would love having a pilot like you. We have a lvl 5 sovereignty system with a station in Providence, on the border. TFS loves smaller gangs over blob warfare, so you should fit right in. We use ventrilo. Please convo me so I can answer any questions you may have.
Also, I am personally a minnie ship pilot as well, great choice of race.
