Racial strength is 14.0. I do not have lv5 bonuses btw. According to EFT, if I replaced my particle dispersion rig with a T2 version and went with Legion Named ECMs I'd be at 15.08. With Lv5 it should be 15.7. Wasn't aware there was a bonus to ECM strength with command bonuses. Mind linking it for me for future reference? I am working on another alt to fly the Proteus to get the full 28.12%) But would an increase of 13.12% above my 15% actually get the ECM strength to the figure you show? (Real world numbers as apposed to EFT?)

Because it is 15% as opposed to 10% on the regular Signal Amplifiers and tech I rigs, it gives you that extra 5% jam chance (remember than the modules are stacking penalised, and that it is percentage based). I get 18.45 [19.68 overloaded] (legion racial) on a Widow, with 4 SDA, a tech II augmentor rig, and proteus in gang with information mindlink. ---

(I looked again at where the ECM bonus come from on the Widow and it is per level of black ops.. and I have only level IV not V as I thought. So mystery solved... now just 40 days and I'll be there.
