How the winner is picked:
This lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool. Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see this number(s) until it is unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as pick the winning number(s), which can be seen below.
We are also going to be using a ticket counting system which will automatically update the lotto every hour: Check your tickets HERE!

HOW TO ENTER:
- Lottery consist of 99 tickets
- Each ticket cost 10 million isk.
- Lottery draw will be within 24 hours after all tickets are purchased
- Ticket Numbers given are randomized between 1 and 99.
- Multiple tickets may be purchased!
- To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lucky Lussey in multiples of 10 mill with the reason field of Lucky04.
*Examples:
1 ticket send 10,000,000 isk to Lucky Lussey reason Lucky04
2 tickets send 20,000,000 isk to Lucky Lussey reason Lucky04
5 tickets send 50,000,000 isk to Lucky Lussey reason Lucky04
and so on...
NOTE: sending 19,999,999 isk will still only get you ONE ticket!
