1. 2000 units of antimatter in my hold.
2. Leave station.
3. Cargo space is showing the loss, but the ammo is unreachable. Can't reload my guns. Can't see the ammo icon in my hold.
This is obviously happening for quite a few people. Is there a workaround for this?

Ive found having the cargo hold window open while docked, leave open, undock, and it should all be visible.
If not, relog and try above again.

I had the same problem with this last sundays eve-radio army event. I had 1250 rocks on my rifter, when i got to the destination they were missing
This was damn annoying as rockets account for 75% of my potential firepower

I had this problem with ammo Sunday night. Relogging fixed the problem.

I had the same problem in zh the other night, forced me to fight with a not ideal ammo mix as couldnt change ammo.
couldnt relog cause it was a fleet battle, couldnt dock cause the station wasnt ours anymore  .
I notice it seems to be only some systems, you jump in and contents dissapear, jump through next gate and it re appears again. Hope it gets fixed soon

One reported temp solution is to keep your cargo open from before you exit the station.
