I suggest clarifying a reserve price (the minimum price you'll sell the item for), a sniper rule of like 15 min (so no one can outbid everyone 2 mins before end of auction) and minimum bid increments.
Those things are both comfortable for the buyers and you, and they also prevent smartasses from demanding you sell them something for like 1% of it's value just because you forgot to set a reserve price
