Looking to buy a Mini Recon/HAC pilot. Prefer learning to 5/4s with at least some core skills done at least. Some scanning skills and on path to a Sleipnir would be great - no need for cap or BS skills.
Would pay extra for no cross-training, decent name/avatar and no corp history (starter corp noob?).
Ideally would be around 20-30M SP but budget is bigger than that for right char.

seen a couple of toons but nothing that can actually sit nevermind fly a recon bump

bump - emphasis on been a good Mini only Rapier toon over sheer skillpoints.
Ofc if you've got good gunnery/missiles that'll be taken into account into any offer!

Anushker...gonna help you out here....you don't need Caldari cruiser V.....You need this Minmatar Cruiser / Rank 5 / Level: 5 / SP: 1,280,000 of 1,280,000

28M Minnie focused char (Gallente BS and lower to 4 for Machariel/cynabal/dramiel). Has HAC V, Command ships V, T2 guns, Recon 4. Check out the sales thread here

So far chronic has been the closest to what I'm looking for - although she did have some of what I would consider "high quality" waste (only because I would never used those points) the thing I didn't like was the terrible name and largish corp history.
Hopefully this will give any new offers a better idea of what I'm looking for. Also in game for those looking to keep offers private.
