In 18 months I see myself traversing the world, visiting different places and absorbing the culture of the people and the vivid scenery that decorates the hills and valleys from the Rift to the Himalayas. Giving my eyes a treat at the Louvre in Paris, to experiencing the ancient feeling of Greece and Egypt, and even going to the great sights in the US of A.
OOPE, what do you see yourself doing, or where do you see yourself being in 18 months?

Hopefully I will be 8 months into a new carrer as a firefighter/paramedic. With the additional money I will make doing that and working on the side I will also have the money to finally travel. As for where I will visit first, that has yet to be determined.

My suggestions, Tokyo - A safer city i have not seen, also more awsome than any city i know. Full of cute girls dressed as maids and stuff too, Akihabara ftw.
other suggestion - Try Britain, yeah it's hella expencive but there are some interesting and ancient sights to see. Stone henge and the other standing stones. The ancient hill forts in southern britain (a great mound of dirt made so you could roll rocks down onto your enemy's). The lake district is a beautiful sight too. All generally bloody expencive though.
Also, Tai land has been greatly enjoyed by many members of my family, just beware of eating from street stands and in general anything you put in your mouth, being sick isn't fun.

LOL i love the previous reply mentioning the fact that britain is expensive. I live in the damn place and know this problem only too well. We are waiting for the lovely 20% tax to kick in too. haha
Britain is nice in places. the further north you go the more scenic it is. avoid the horrible places like liverpool, birmingham, bradford, manchester and especially luton.
anyhoo, in 18 months i will be earning 30k p/a and will actually be able to afford to buy stuff for me. which will be the most welcomed change.

It's funny how I'm getting a good read on you from that alone. Afraid of risk, cheap and liking tacky dressed underage looking girls. I bet you're somewhat overweight with a horrible wardrobe too.
