i live in the uk and have been using a netherlands proxy server doto things out of eve online , but once or twice i have left it on by accident , i turned it off quickly and logg back on without my vpn , will i be prosicuted for powerleveling or sharing accounts ?

Too many people use proxy's or tunnels for them to ban or punish everyone that logs in from different IP's.

Powerwhat ? You from WOW ? Over here, you set a skill, then wait. No in-game action will have any consequence on your skillpoints, besides getting podded and not having a medical clone that supports your current SP level.
Sharing accounts is another issue, but hard to prove.

If you are like me and always connect through the same IP, you can always submit a petition explaining it to ensure that if your account does get flagged this is most likely the cause of it. However would suspect this pretty much only is useful info if you connect 99% of the time from the same IP, if every other time is a different one then I don't think you need to think much about it.

Yep, powerlevelling is not allowed in Eve.
You will get banned. But I can take care of your stuff until you are unbanned. Just contract me everything valuable you have. |

I was going on a trip to Japan a few months ago, so I petitioned it to see if I would be "banned pending investigation" for logging in half a world away, and if nothing else, tell them "hey, it is me". The response basically said simply logging in from different places won't get you banned without other evidence of account sharing or hacking or whatever.
