We'll do our best. We do try to run events around all timezones and it's definitely one thing we wanted to do going into these. Sometimes it's not always possible to hit certain timezone since it entails being awake at 3am the same day as some important meetings, and so on, but where and when we can run them around the clock, we will.
Might want to get some "volunteers" to play the parts if it's possible to set people up like that. EQ2 has a "guide progam", where people apply to join the guide team and run live events on the various EQ2 servers. They give the guides limited GM powers and they roleplay stuff, you can usually find them hanging out in various areas of the major cities.

Why does it seem like the Sansha live events always take place at times that exclude a lot of U.S. players from participating in them or is there some detail that I've missed? I keep hearing about them happening always at times when I'm at work...I know I can't be the only subscriber this applies too.
Try making an effort to turn up on time. Unlike WW1 and WW2. And don't over-compensate with WW3.

What we need to do is make sure those CCP guys who will be at PAX in Seattle next month get some of our local coffee, enough for everybody.
Then we will have Sansha events not only start at odd hours (for them) but go on for entire days.
Here we throw out stuff that would keep an elephant awake for a month (too weak).

Just take a day off work, for crying out loud.
If you are not willing to ditch work for a game then you are not a true gamer. Plenty of notice for these events, isn't there?
Don't be a kludge. Learn from the Aussies. They are screwed everyday, not just for special events. I don't see them in here whining about it.
HTFU, as they say.
