Ok, I've been doing the same missions over and over. I even tried differnt quality agents. I just can't seem to reach higher level missions. I would like to stay in same Corp. because I have the highest standings. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm no expert, but it could be your faction standing that is preventing you from getting higher agents... or you just have not done enough missions. Sometimes you need to do a lot to get the really high level agents. Hard to say without seeing your faction, and corp standings.

It sounds like your just starting out running missions.
So it might be worth your time to invest in some social skills, these will help you gain faction faster and get more isk \ lp per mission.

Define "higher level missions". What level are you running now? And have you tried the next level of agents, or are you waiting for a referral from a current agent?

Stupid question, but have you tried higher-level agents? I run into a lot of folks who think they stick with one agent forever, and he eventually starts offering L2, L3, L4, L5 missions as your standings go up. A L1 agent will only ever offer L1 missions. A L2 agent will only ever offer L2 missions, etc.
Open your map, star map, 'my info' and 'my available agents' and start mouseovering the green systems.

If you need higher Faction Standing, check this.
As others have suggested, train up Social skills. Those help a lot.
