Given the going rate is ~300 ISK/SP, he is probably worth something approaching 18b and he already has +5s. General characters w/o cap skills are a tougher sell at that level, so I don't expect to make that. But I think I have to hold out for more than 6b.  If I can't make at least 10b I will probably withdrawn him and skill up caps for awhile to try again; won't take that long with +5s.
