the so called "JQA" alliance (they dont have an official alliance even though exodus is out)
now officially they claim everying in from m2- cf1 into vvc and down there to su and area....
they DONT claim y9g and if they do claim y9g because that would meen pirates have a pos in their territory, which is funny what self respecting alliance lets a pirate pos go up in their territory?
but that would be if they claim it, which they dont. random members of "JQA" go into y9g and kill anyone in there (from miners to travelers to anything else that has a ship or pod and moves)
now i believ that killing neutral corps in unclaimed space makes you a pirate does it not... so by the law of detachment "JQA" are pirates are they not? 
i think something needs to be done anout these members that kill out of their space or "JQA" will be forever pirates
also i wonder why they dont make an official alliance? are they scared or what
also they have a warp bubble set up in m2 and are killing all travelers, granted m2 is actually claimed by them.. its the only way through.
so to recap:
JQA dont claim y9
even if they did pirates have a pos in there which would be disgracefull
JQA kill travelers in chokepoint systems with warp bubbles and such
JQA are pirates
JQA are afraid to make a real alliance

they didnt kill me my mains to l337 but im just pointing it out that they are pirates for killing out of their territory, and that even if they officially claim y9g which they dont pirates have a pos there

IMO there is a difference between mindless killing and "pirating" but it is a very very very fine line.
Many would argue that a "pirate" should ask for a ransom of some sort.
A mindless killer simply kills because it makes him horny
JQA kill people outside their "claimed" space.
so. Who cares. Do something about it, or let them get on with what makes them happy.

When you are in 0.0 space, one should consider that any unfamiliar ship that has an equal or tactical advantage is most likely going to fire upon you.
Those who find this to be a harsh act of piracy have missed the meaning to 0.0 all together. When I leave Empire I am fair game to all who want some, and they get some, as do I on occasion.
So tighten up your belt, and use those things between your legs when entering 0.0 and stop wasting threads on piracy because PVP is the only thing keeping me playing this constantly evolving carebear carousel of nerf-a-rama.

A) Post using the main char
