I have an idea for an ISK automated billing service, and I would like to gauge demand for it here.
The idea is that you have an account with one or more API keys associated with it, which are used to track donations from players. Through an API which my service would expose (and also web interface), you can set up subscriptions for users, query if a user has paid for the subscription period, etc. Users receive automated emails when subscriptions are due. All ISK is transfered to your characters, my service simply tracks donations and subscription status.
Other possible features include sending emails when payments are received, one time purchases, and reports based on donation reason.
Is there interest for such a service, and what would you pay for it? I am considering a percentage based model or fixed rate.

I have already developted a very extensive webbased solution to this and is close to completion. It will be available to corps and alliances to manage their taxes and donation. Will either be free or a small payment.

Osku Rei's was hired by me to a corp app that tracked mains and alts and also tracked taxes.
He ripped me off and now sounds like he is trying to sell the same piece of code he was paid by me to create.
He ripped me off for 1.5bil, he is a thief and a lair.

im interested if it can work like a lottery tracking system that others can use to track there lotteries also.
as for Osku Rei well from what ive seen he may b a bit slack and treated his customer rong so i would prefer to buy a script from somone like you Xre Vega
