I'm sending you this mail to notify you that in order to fund our ongoing operations we have flagged your moon at System Planet # - Moon # to be taken.
We're looking at three options here, a 1Billion isk ransom* for you being able to keep the tower, make arrangments to remove said tower within three days, or it's immenent destruction.
Whilst I understand that you probably aren't amazed at the prospect of having to make this decision, I urge you to bear in mind that this is the nature of holding prosperous resources in this game and it's merely a matter of business.

Yes, we have decided to extract tribute from organizations running R16 moons in low security space to the tune of 2 billion isk / month. I just wanted to test this template before I began distributing it on behalf of my organization.
