I'm getting ready to commit myself to a life of crime. So I will be unable to enter High Sec. I know most people would say make an alt... but I don't really want to do that if I can at all help it.
I have a few Questions. 1) Will it be possible to buy and fir a BC or maybe a T2 cruiser? 2) Are there any good places to buy, like a small low-sec market hub? 3) How much more expensive will it be?
Fake edit: Please don't point me in the direction of your ganking grounds.

Low-sec Market?
I regret to inform you that there is no such thing as a low sec market.
In low sec the majority of tech 2 fittings sell for 10 isk per unit.

Make an alt. Seriously.
Any "trade hub" in low sec becomes a pirate haven, so they tend not to settle. The best you'll get usually is a pirate corp that populates it's home base for themselves, and if you use it you have to try avoid them. And they only ever stock basic t1 stuff like frigates+cruisers and some fittings for them... not exactly amazing hubs.
I'm sure there's maybe a couple, but as soon as the pirates catch on they become a prime hunting grounds.
Spend a few days making an alt, it doesn't take long and is worth the set up time/cost easily.

If you insist on not using an alt. Learn to shop in high sec while flashy, it's really not that difficult.

Also, try to figure out just what sec status you need. It's possible to shop in Hek with a low sec status I believe, simply because Hek doesn't have the same sec status as Jita.
Or be able to enter a .4 in the Forge region, shop at jita, and make some very good courier contracts.
Still, the alt would really be your best bet.

Alt. Srsly. - I'd tell you why but then I'll have to kill you. And to kill you I'd have to log in. And to log in I'd have to stop browsing these forums. Both you and me knows that'll never happen. |

Ive done the courier contracts as negative 10 to get my bigger items in like ships and stuff.I would also use an alt to get my smaller items.you can always get certain ships out of hi sec with a few well placed bookmarks and a quick fitting line alignment mods ect ect....
The only bad thing about the courier contracts is that i would get wasted and by all this stuff and set up the contract then forget about it.Then when wasted would log in and find loads of ships and stuff in my hanger good times.

Edited by: Reginald Smithe on 18/08/2010 08:29:26 What we really need is one of the larger corps to form a sort of pirate neutral ground system like Port Royal was :p
Of course, the issue there is that all the sytems outside the secured buffer zone will be perma-camped.
Just suck it up buttercup :P
*Edited because the g and the f keys are far to close together to spell buffer (though perhaps the first was more accurate)*
