Although the 250k SP in leadership is odd given the lack of core skills, and considering the PI skills are completely useless for me personally, this is still a toon with lots of potential. 2.5 bil to start you out and GL with the auction.

What core skills are missing?
The intention was to get her to be a leadership toon when not running a freighter/JF, if I was not selling her I was going to max her leadership skills and get her into a Command ship.
