As long as you don't pod, exploding other peoples spaceships after you have can flipped them, and they've been stupid enough to fire at you shouldn't affect your sec status. NB they have to be stupid enough to aggress you, you can then claim "han shot first" War hasn't been fought this badly since Olaf the Hairy, High Chief of all the Vikings, accidentally ordered 80,000 battle helmets with the horns on the inside.

Ganking an empty Iteron/Bestower with some cargo mods trying to pick up the Merlin in a can? Something even more useless like a killmail? Either get your assault frig and support skills up and try some solo marauder mission runners to get to aggro you (it may take a while, and you need some tactics, but you should eventually be able to take them down with help of the mission rats) or train for a Tornado and suicide-gank some mission Tengus (low EHP and typically dumb pilots). Should be a couple of 100 million isk dropping each time you achieve either one of them. You know... morons.
